Job Role

This role presents an exceptional opportunity to contribute positively in the lives of vulnerable children and young individuals.

We seek dedicated professionals who can provide a supportive environment, accommodation, physical and emotional care, and support to children and young people aged 10 to 17 under Child Protection orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate effectively within a team to deliver high-quality therapeutic care.
  • Implement best practice therapeutic interventions and program guidelines to ensure safety and care quality.
  • Support young people's education, social, and recreational pursuits, fostering independence.
  • Create a safe, nurturing environment, managing household duties and providing nutritious meals.

The successful candidate will be required to complete mandatory upskilling units as required by the relevant authorities.

Requirements:
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills and active listening.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of multitasking.
  • Creative thinker with a non-judgmental approach.
  • Driver's license is essential.
  • Cert IV in Child, Youth & Family Intervention or equivalent qualification is required.
