**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Sr. Structural Design Engineer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and software skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.

  • This position involves providing technical support and consulting services to clients, analyzing their business and technical requirements, and presenting solutions that meet their needs.
  • The selected candidate will work closely with sales, marketing, and product management teams to deliver demonstrations, workshops, and collateral promoting Bentley solutions for structural analysis and design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preliminary Design: Develop initial designs based on client specifications and project requirements.
  • Design Development: Refine and optimize designs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in structural-engineering consulting and design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in STAAD.Pro and other structural engineering software, such as RAM Structural System.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
