Principal Structural Engineer - Sydney

We are seeking a talented and experienced Principal Structural Engineer to join our team in Sydney. This role involves leading structural designs for steel structures across hydraulic projects, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of our teams.

About You

You will be a Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering. You should have significant demonstrated experience across steel structures design (industrial buildings, steel framing and roofing). Experience with concrete structures and/or liquid retaining structures is desirable but not essential for this role.

Highly organized with outstanding technical and communication skills, you will be able to lead and mentor a team and drive successful project outcomes for our clients.
