Job Overview

Aurecon is a leading design, engineering and advisory company that brings ideas to life.

As a lead engineer, you will be part of the team that changes the way we design and deliver major works to be carbon neutral and sustainable.

  • Develop comprehensive solutions for clients in mechanical services engineering (HVAC) across various industries.
  • Direct teams of multidisciplinary designers to deliver coordinated solutions.
  • Enhance the development and progression of junior team members as a day-to-day people leader.
  • Collaborate on projects with architects, project managers, stakeholders and other professionals to integrate mechanical solutions into diverse building projects.
  • Implement cutting-edge technologies and sustainable practices to enhance building functionality and reduce environmental impact.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HVAC and building services, experience in design, documentation and project execution, supported by Registered Professional Engineer Victoria (RPEV) status.

Additional qualifications include problem-solving skills, collaboration and communication skills, project management capabilities and a passion for innovation.
