Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Worker to provide personal care, domestic assistance, and social support to individuals in need. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing high-quality care and services to our clients.

The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. They will also be required to maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues to management.

In this role, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at times that suit you. However, you must be available most days and willing to travel in the surrounding suburbs.

We offer a competitive salary with casual loading, referral bonus, travel allowance, first aid allowance, broken shift allowance, paid training, and upskilling programs.
