Wall and Ceiling Lining Estimator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Estimator to prepare accurate cost estimates and take-offs across various building works, with an emphasis on wall and ceiling linings.
The successful candidate will review building plans, specifications to prepare accurate take-offs for building elements, particularly wall and ceiling systems.
Main Duties- Estimate costs of materials, labour, and subcontracted works, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to confirm pricing, technical details, and lead times.
- Prepare and present estimates, budgets, and tender submissions to support project decision-making.
- Estimate on-site changes, considering the stage of the build.
- Monitor project budgets, track re-occurring over-runs, and adjust base model estimates.

- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills.
- A friendly, flexible, and supportive team environment.
- Knowledge of WA residential building and construction process, including Acoustic & Engineering reports.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and changes to standards.
