Financial Crime Risk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Financial Crime Risk Specialist to join our team in this exciting opportunity. As a key member of the department, you will play a vital role in identifying and addressing financial crimes through data intelligence.

This is an excellent chance to make a meaningful contribution to the prevention and detection of financial crime. With a strong focus on analytical capabilities, you will support the management of financial risk across the department and broader group.

The ideal candidate will have experience with managing detection engines and systems in Financial Crime Risk, including fraud and AML. You will also be proficient in SQL, Microsoft Excel, VBA, and have working knowledge of big data analysis tools like R, Python etc.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess strong ability to summarise and articulate results to stakeholders, as well as intermediate to advanced skills in visualisation tools like PowerBI, Qlik etc.

  • Experience with managing detection engines and systems in Financial Crime Risk, including fraud and AML
  • Identifying and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Strong ability to summarise and articulate results to stakeholders
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in SQL, Microsoft Excel, VBA
  • Working knowledge of big data analysis tools like R, Python etc
  • Working knowledge of visualisation tools like PowerBI, Qlik etc
