Job Description:

As a Lecturer in Applied Mathematics, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and research in the field of applied mathematics.

You will contribute to the development and delivery of innovative teaching methods, focusing on the application of mathematical principles to real-world problems.

  • Teach and coordinate units, preparing and delivering lectures, tutorials, and seminars.
  • Develop and implement assessment strategies that promote student learning and engagement.

A successful candidate will have a PhD in an area relevant to the appointment, demonstrated experience in teaching mathematics, and two or more years of postdoctoral or equivalent professional experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PhD in Applied Mathematics or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching mathematics at the tertiary level.
  • Two or more years of postdoctoral or equivalent professional experience.
