Requirements

  • Strong understanding of planning legislation, state policies, and the plan-making process, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating agreements and achieving positive community outcomes, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and deliver results under pressure.
