Sr. Creative Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Lead to oversee our in-house creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering innovative marketing campaigns and driving business growth.

The role involves leading a team of designers, editors, and copywriters to develop and execute creative strategies that meet business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Elevating our brand's visual identity through exceptional design and storytelling;
  2. Developing and executing creative strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue;
  3. Maintaining and evolving our brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints;
  4. Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and develop effective solutions;

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior design role, including team management, art direction, and content creation;
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator;
  • Experience in post-production, editing, and retouching of photoshoots and video shoots;
  • A strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing principles;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • An ability to multi-task and work under pressure;
  • A passion for innovation and creativity;
