As a Permanent Part Time Role, shifts are available Monday to Friday, with no weekend work. This opportunity offers a great balance between work and family life, making it attractive for those seeking flexibility.

Above Award hourly rates make this role even more appealing, and new staff members receive comprehensive induction prior to their first shift.

The possibility of Permanent Full Time work exists for those who excel in this role and demonstrate their capabilities. To succeed, you will need:

  • Certificate III or Diploma, (or working towards a qualification), in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Availability Monday to Friday, ensuring timely delivery of childcare services.
  • Current Working with Children Check, (WWCC), or willingness to obtain, guaranteeing safety and security.
  • The ability to interact well with children and build positive relationships with families, creating a supportive community.
  • Experience working within a cultural diverse program is preferable, allowing for effective collaboration and understanding.
