About the Role...

You will be responsible for the cleaning of guest rooms, replenishing amenities and maintaining pantries. You will also ensure all equipment is in clean working order and help answer guest requests as required.

About You...

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be willing to work an average of four days per week. You should be organized, have strong time management skills and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and pantries
  • Replenish amenities as required
  • Maintain equipment and report any issues
  • Assist guests with requests and resolve any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with the hotel team to achieve high standards of service and cleanliness
