We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Home Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of care services to our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a client load of 30-40 clients
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and care staff
  • Providing nursing support to clients
  • Advocating on behalf of clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification in Aged/Disability Care (Cert III or IV) or a Registered Nurse with current registration
  • Experience working in a community setting
  • Understanding of Aged Care & Disability standards and consumer-directed care
  • First Aid certification and a current CPR certificate
  • A driver's license and a reliable vehicle
