As a Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by maintaining designated territories, exceeding sales targets, and building strong relationships with customers.

  1. Maintain the designated territory to ensure continuity of optimal service to first-line accounts.
  2. Exceed net sales target of dispensary and OTC pharmacy products within a defined territory.
  3. Develop loyalty among first-line accounts through close relationship-building.
  4. Execute agreed business strategies to maximize substitution opportunities.
  5. Design and implement quarterly business plans.

This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
