Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role

The role of an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor is critical in leading a team of skilled electricians and overseeing the electrical maintenance programs across designated regions. This position requires expertise in managing resources, plant, equipment, travel, and materials to execute the maintenance plan.

This involves working closely with planners to schedule resources, plant, and equipment to ensure seamless execution of tasks. The Electrical Maintenance Supervisor will also oversee day-to-day activities of work crews, perform administrative tasks such as timesheets, scoping documents, safety processes, completion documentation, etc., and provide coaching and support to crews.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing skilled electricians across diverse infrastructure assets and be familiar with computerized maintenance management systems. They must hold an Electrical Trade certificate, a current QLD Electrical license, and a C Class license and White Card. Experience on large asset maintenance contracts is advantageous but not essential.
