Graduate Development ProgrammeWe are seeking talented graduates to join our 2-year rotational programme, which offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in civil engineering, construction management, and project coordination.
As a graduate, you will be part of a dynamic team that works on diverse projects, from high-security military bases to landmark buildings. You will have the chance to develop your skills, build professional relationships, and contribute to the success of our projects.
About the Civil Engineering Stream- Develop professional relationships with clients, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Apply your university learnings to deliver project solutions that meet cost, quality, sustainability, and schedule expectations.
- Support planning, scheduling, and supervising construction, and monitor the provision of materials.
- Utilize digital engineering methods to deliver value and certainty through project delivery.
- Contribute to the development of Laing O'Rourke's ways of working and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.
- Have completed a civil engineering degree or similar between January 2023 and July 2024.
