Program and Project Management Specialist

A Key Role in Delivering Strategic Objectives

Supporting Transformation Governance Initiative

As part of a growing team within a Transformation & Change Office, we're looking for a program management specialist to provide support to portfolio managers and initiative owners to ensure targets are met and project governance is driven forward.

About the Program Management Specialist Role

Reporting to a Transformation Portfolio Manager and working in partnership with the greater Transformation and Change Office, we're looking for a specialist who can assist across multiple projects spanning pharmacy, cancer centre treatment, pharmaceutical compounding, research and shared services teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretariat support in meetings and draft key documents as required.
  • Coordinate with initiative owners collection of project activities and deliverables.
  • Liaise with initiative owners to complete phase gate & approval documents aligning with the initiative/project program.
  • Collate meeting materials and maintain documentation within a portfolio to accurately capture status updates.
  • Maintain various documents and registers aligned to effective transformation governance.
  • Promote communication & customer service by establishing relationships with internal & external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years' experience in a program or project coordinator or support role.
  • Familiar with online project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a diverse team.
  • Capability to take initiative and independently solve problems.
  • Qualification in Project Management or similar.
