As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' products and services, developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote client's products and services to potential and existing customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure they receive outstanding services
  • Train customers to operate our trading system
  • Communicate and introduce market promotions to customers via phone and network
  • Cope with business development and expansion of client investment funds
  • Consolidate problems encountered by customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, business administration, or related majors
  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a Sales Representative in the foreign exchange industry
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills and abilities
  • Full-time employment
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work positively, with strong subjective initiative, and self-motivation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and a high level of personal presentation
  • Be comfortable cold-calling and self-motivated to succeed in a highly competitive market
