The key objective of this position is to foster strong, sustainable relationships between employers and job seekers.
- Key Responsibilities:
Create tailored job opportunities in collaboration with local and national employers to promote inclusive employment practices.
Develop and maintain a robust network of employer connections to drive business growth and exceed targets.
Advocate for workplace adjustments and support employers in implementing effective employment solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align job opportunities with participant aspirations.
Promote the benefits of diverse workforces to businesses, highlighting the value of inclusive employment practices.
Demonstrate expertise in account management, business development, recruitment, or employer engagement to drive market growth.
Celebrate successes with employers and participants, showcasing the impact of inclusive employment initiatives.
This role requires experience in account management, business development, recruitment, or employer engagement, with a strong understanding of employment services, workplace rehabilitation, or disability/mental health support.
