Prosthesis Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced Prosthesis Coordinator to join our team in Richmond. As a valued member of our community, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient supply of prosthesis to meet operational demands.

This position is accountable for inventory integrity and visibility, working closely with the Patient Revenue Team to ensure accurate invoicing of prosthesis items to health funds.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Management: Ensure timely and efficient supply of prosthesis to operational and theatre staff.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate documentation of items used in surgery and establish robust processes to minimise revenue leakage and stock loss.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including theatre staff and doctors.

Key Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Experience: Demonstrated experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Medical Terminology: Strong understanding of medical terminology.
  • Teamwork and Time Management: Proven ability to work within a team environment and to meet deadlines.
  • ERP System Knowledge: Working knowledge and experience with a large ERP system.
