We are seeking a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as a Retail Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and promoting our products to customers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in retail and providing outstanding customer experiences. You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

In this role, you will be required to handle cash transactions, operate a point-of-sale system, and process returns and exchanges. You will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring that the store is always well-presented.

We are looking for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently. You will need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and back office
  • Process cash transactions, operate a point-of-sale system, and handle returns and exchanges
  • Maintain stock levels, restock shelves, and ensure that the store is always well-presented
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
