About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused retail sales associate to join our team. As a part-time employee, you will work up to 10 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Engage with customers in a professional and efficient manner, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Point of Sale Operations: Process payments using EFTPOS and cash registers, maintaining accurate records and balancing transactions.
- Merchandising and Stock Management: Maintain and replenish stock levels, ensuring displays are well-merchandised and visually appealing.
- Licensing and Compliance: Provide responsible service for lotteries and other soft gambling products, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Store Maintenance: Perform opening tasks, including OH&S cleaning procedures and register balancing.
As a successful applicant, you will be expected to work flexibly, including afternoons and shifts, while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
