About the Role\

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic OSHC Service Assistant to join our team at Creswick Primary School. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering daily quality activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development in children.\
\
Key Responsibilities\
\
  • \
  • Assist in delivering daily activities for children, ensuring they are safe, engaging, and educational.\
  • Supervise and support children during after-school care and vacation programs.\
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options to meet the dietary needs of children.\
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.\
  • Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and school leaders.\
\
Requirements\
\
To be successful in this role, you will need:\
\
  • \
  • A Certificate III or higher in Children's Services, Early Childhood, or School Aged Care (or equivalent).\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Strong focus on child safety and protection.\
  • Availability to work Tuesday to Thursday (mandatory availability).\
