Job Description

We seek an experienced Executive Project Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial plastering and carpentry, with extensive knowledge of plastering trades.

This role is crucial for overseeing high-end commercial projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee commercial fit-out projects, including walls, ceilings, bulkheads, trims, doors, frames, skirtings, and external cladding/soffits
  • Lead a crew of 10 employees and coordinate with two sets of contractors
  • Work closely with our estimator, admin, and accounts team
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
  • Handle seismic design, rondo designs, and technical framing design issues
  • Install as per manufacturer guidelines, finding cost-effective solutions
  • Occasionally assist on-site to ensure proper decision-making and problem-solving
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in commercial plastering and carpentry
  • Strong knowledge of plastering trades and technical framing design
  • The ability to manage large projects or multiple smaller projects independently
  • Experience with seismic design and rondo designs is essential
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work effectively both on-site and remotely using a laptop
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
