As a skilled healthcare professional, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others by providing person-centred care to clients in the community.
- Key responsibilities include assessing, planning and implementing client care within your scope
- You will need to consider physical, social and psychological requirements when delivering care
- Care plans will be created and updated regularly to reflect developing needs
- Ensuring clinical quality compliance standards are met is also a key part of this role
The majority of your day will be spent on the road, completing scheduled community visits. You will have the flexibility to work autonomously while still being part of a supportive team environment.
Requirements- Full registration with the relevant nursing authority and unlimited work entitlements are required for this role
- Post-registration general nursing experience is essential
- Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this position
- A current driver's licence and access to a roadworthy insured vehicle are also required
- Confidence in managing time effectively is crucial for this role
