Compassionate Community Care Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our Community Care Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide person-centred care to clients in the community, ensuring a safe environment and applying your clinical skills to improve their quality of life.

  • Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
  • Consider physical, social and psychological requirements.
  • Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs.
  • Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met.
  • Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members.

You'll spend most of your day on the road, completing scheduled community visits. We encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full unrestricted registration with relevant professional body.
  • General nursing experience, post-registration.
  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
  • Current driver's licence and own roadworthy insured vehicle.
  • Confidence in managing time effectively, including ability to work autonomously.
