About This Role
A minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and data analytics
Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and creating high-performing talent pipelines
Understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment
Leadership and mentoring skills are essential for success in this role
As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. You will work closely with leadership to ensure hiring decisions support company goals and enhance the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Craft and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams
Analyze data and metrics to inform recruitment decisions and optimize processes
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
