Mastering Large-Scale Initiatives

We are seeking an experienced Release Management Expert to play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale initiatives on time and within established frameworks.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate release activities across different departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Lead release planning forums, make go/no-go decisions, and assess deployment readiness.
- Review and enhance release processes to guarantee consistency, compliance, and alignment with enterprise change processes.
- Develop high-quality release documentation including procedures, templates, checklists, runbooks, and decision logs.
- Foster repeatable, automated, and auditable release practices.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading enterprise-level release management in complex ICT environments. They should possess a strong understanding of program governance, ICT delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid), and analytical and structured thinking, focusing on risk, assurance, and performance metrics.
