This full-time role involves leading a team of skilled baristas across two cafes, where you will be responsible for crafting exceptional customer experiences and providing outstanding service. You will also ensure the smooth operation of our cafes, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a role model by embracing our vision, mission, and values, and lead by example to set high standards for your team.
  • Train and mentor new team members about coffee and lead training sessions to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop expertise in coffee knowledge and customer service to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
  • Work effectively in fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • At least two years of barista experience with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Well-developed knowledge base in coffee and customer service, with a focus on developing skills and expertise.
  • Passionate about working together as a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Willingness to obtain RSA and RCG certifications if not already certified, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, with flexibility and adaptability.
