Job Overview

The organization has a long history of operation in Western Australia, spanning over a century.

This client is seeking an experienced Information Management Coordinator for an initial 12-month contract to assist with ongoing improvement and integration of the EDRMS system.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on the effectiveness of the electronic document and records management system.
  • Assist with the system integration of SharePoint and Content Manager.
  • Offer guidance on information management best practices and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administering Electronic Document & Records Management Systems (EDRMS) within enterprise-scale Information Management AND/OR IT environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise with systems including Open Text (Content Manager) and SharePoint.

Desirable Qualifications

  • A Class C Driver's license.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Relevant education AND / OR industry certifications.
