Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized case management plans to support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, employers, and insurers to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to clients, employers, and other stakeholders to promote optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist with relevant professional membership.
- Proven experience in occupational rehabilitation and case management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
