As our new Engineering Team Lead, you will oversee the development of our engineering efforts, including:

  • Collaborating with product and design teams to drive product discovery, customer engagement, and business alignment.
  • Leading and developing engineers in the team through recruitment, management, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Establishing effective rituals and ways of working within the team.

You will have ownership of designing technical solutions, architecting scalable systems, and driving business outcomes through entrepreneurial thinking and experimental approaches.
