Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of up to 10 engineers, fostering a growth mindset and innovative ways of working that drive business outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrate a track record of leading high-performing engineering teams that drive business results.
  • Be comfortable with complex technical issues and troubleshooting, with expertise in programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or Java.
