Key Position: Early Childhood Educator and OSHC AssistantWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to provide high-quality care and education to young children in our Early Learning Centre (ELC) as a Coeducator and Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) Assistant.This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for children between the ages of 3 and 5.About Our Team:We are a leading provider of educational services, delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of our students and their families. We are committed to providing exceptional care and support to children and families through collaborative working relationships.The successful applicant will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement engaging learning activities, promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development, and ensure their safety and well-being at all times.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing high-quality care and education to children in the ELC as both a Coeducator and an OSHC Assistant;
  • Developing and implementing engaging learning activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development;
  • Evaluating and reporting on children's progress and providing feedback to parents and carers;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and attendance;
