Plant and Equipment Valuer

Marsh is seeking a highly skilled Plant and Equipment Valuer to join our team in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane. As a key member of our valuations team, you will be responsible for undertaking valuations of property, infrastructure, plant, and equipment assets throughout the Pacific Region.
We are looking for an experienced valuer with a strong focus on financial reporting and insurance valuations. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including valuations for some of Australia's leading entities across various industries.
Key Responsibilities- Apply advanced knowledge to undertake valuations of varying types of assets for differing purposes
- Work across multiple projects to meet deadlines while managing your time effectively
- Travel intrastate and nationally for key client commitments
- Demonstrate key client relationship management
- Provide expert advice to clients in developing and adjusting project approaches, methodology, and tools to guide valuation programs and initiatives
- Show excellent time management, logistic, and organisational skills
- Develop and execute strategies to expand successful business/working relationships with clients to grow the portfolio
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- AAPI, ASA, or RICS qualification
- 8+ years' experience in performing valuations
- Experience with insurance and/or financial reporting valuations looked upon favourably
- Growth-focused outlook
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Logical and analytical mindset
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Availability to travel nationally
