About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team at Bega Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness across our key platforms.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will work closely with our marketing team to ideate and produce engaging content, identify opportunities to extend the reach of our well-known brands, and ensure brand and customer experience consistency across all touchpoints.

You will be responsible for creating and managing content calendars, paid activity across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and providing insights on social media performance and campaign trends to internal stakeholders.

About You
  • Proven experience in social media, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of social media best practices and the ability to create engaging content that amplifies brand reach.
  • Strong skills in managing relationships and communicating effectively with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Ability to convey stories through trends and data.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Meltwater, Meta, Falcon, or Sprout Social.
