About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to lead multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring optimal outcomes through effective project management and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and deliver multiple projects concurrently, including financial management, technical reporting, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Select and onboard delivery partners, working closely with commercial and safety teams.
  • Report on project performance and progress, developing solutions to issues compromising agreed targets.
  • Coordinate contributions to the tender process, ensuring accurate inputs for client responses.
  • Prepare and maintain schedules, budgets, and cost reports, monitoring and controlling project costs.
  • Identify potential hazardous site activities and implement appropriate procedures.
  • Lead collaborative relationships with design partners, providing critical input into asset design for value-for-money outcomes.
  • Ensure community, environmental, operational, and maintenance considerations are integrated into project selection.
  • Develop Project Engineers' capabilities through coaching, focusing on project management, subcontractor management, and estimating processes.

About You
  • Cert IV or higher in Project Management qualifications.
  • Leadership Qualifications (Cert IV Leadership & Management) highly regarded.
  • Experience in civil construction is desirable.
  • Evidence of immunity or willingness to obtain vaccination against Hepatitis A & B.
