We are seeking an accomplished leader to manage our area operations, driving customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, providing technical support and product advice with a high level of professionalism.

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts and initiate new business opportunities, driving sales through individual and team efforts.

  • Identify and act on new marketing opportunities to support business growth and market presence.

  • Conduct onsite and workshop-based inspections, providing technical advice to enhance product performance.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers while pursuing new business opportunities.

  • Demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude and the ability to prepare correspondence and manage contractual processes in line with company policies.

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Experience in heavy industry, particularly within underground or surface mining, is highly regarded, along with a strong understanding of GET products.

  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality work, safety, and ethical standards.

  • Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in computer use, including basic data entry.

  • Must have the right to work in Australia and be willing to travel to local and remote mine sites by air and car (>50% of the month), and successfully complete background checks.
