Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a qualified educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children in a team-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners;
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration;
  • Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care;
  • Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration;
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, reliability, and motivation, as well as creative educational ideas;
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Frameworks.
