About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and fashion-forward Casual Sales Assistant to join our team at Chadstone. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build a connection with customers and help them find their perfect pair of denim.
You will be working in a supportive team environment that is driven to deliver an amazing experience for our customers, maximise sales, and support the management team with stock organisation and visual merchandising.

A Day in the Life
In this role, you will:
- Provide a genuine and unique experience for every customer
- Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve individual and store targets
- Assist with stock management and processing
- Assist with visual merchandising and store promotions
- Minimise stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures

- Demonstrate confidence in approaching and connecting with customers
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus and provide an outstanding customer experience
- Value integrity and do things the right way
- Enjoy working in a team environment in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
- Be solutions-focused when faced with problems
- Awareness of loss prevention, health & safety, visual merchandising, and experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favourable but not essential.
