Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Asset Recovery Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about asset recovery and data analysis.

In this role, you will be responsible for uploading and managing stolen asset records on our portal, analyzing each asset for recoverability, and working with investigators and police to confirm the status of recovered assets.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to combine your analytical skills with investigative work to make a real impact on crime and community safety.

You will be working closely with our insurance partners to coordinate data entry and management, assist with onboarding and training, and resolve any issues that may arise.

This role requires a high degree of confidence with MS-Excel and office productivity tools, as well as experience with CRM, case management, workflow, and business use of social media platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Uploading and managing stolen asset records on our portal
  • Analyzing each asset for recoverability and other factors

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary qualifications at a minimum
  • Work experience in law enforcement, investigations, insurance claims, case management, paralegal, call centres or data processing
  • A high degree of confidence with MS-Excel and office productivity tools
  • Experience with CRM, case management, workflow, and business use of social media platforms
