About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to manage customer relationships and drive sales growth within an assigned territory, focusing on new and used agricultural machinery and equipment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that fosters customer loyalty and referrals
- Maintain and enhance sales performance to ensure department profitability
- Prepare and present clear, effective proposals and quotations to current and prospective customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments to optimize dealership performance
About You
- Proven sales experience, preferably in an agricultural setting (training provided for the right candidate)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Intermediate knowledge of standard Microsoft desktop applications and in-house software
