**Our Role**

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Workforce Australia for Individuals. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering client-centered management and holistic care to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Rehabilitation Case Management for clients returning to work
  • Manage treatment plans, attend telehealth conference calls and online assessments
  • Conduct worksite assessments and provide ergonomic assessments and job task analyses
  • Perform single-service assessments, including activity of daily living, functional capacity evaluations, and vocational capacity assessments

**Requirements**

  • Tertiary qualifications in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
  • Strong time-management and organizing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, accurate report writing, and ability to work autonomously
  • Experience with DVA is desirable
