The Senior Medical and Allied Health Administrator plays a vital role in providing exceptional support to our medical and allied health practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors at reception, acting as the face of the practice.
  • Answer all incoming calls and manage client bookings, emails, and referrals.
  • Support medical and allied health practitioners with administrative tasks.
  • Complete Medicare rebates and health fund claims.
  • Maintain and operate clinical billing software.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements.
