Job Summary:

This is a leadership position within our organization where you will be responsible for managing key internal and external stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in learning and development content creation and coordination, as well as strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.

About the Role:

  • Actively manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Take on detailed and sensitive projects with responsibility.
  • Develop high-level instructional design capability in analysis, design, development, and delivery.
  • Create workbooks, presentations, capability plans, and learning architecture and eLearning modules.
  • Monitor and report on status updates of key projects.
  • Prepare and review all learning documentation.
  • Procure and coordinate external training packages.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in learning and development content creation and coordination.
  • Experience working in a project or program environment is ideal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills are required.
  • Previous experience working in a leadership/management capacity is essential.
