Job Title: Sustainability and Financial Strategy Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our organization's sustainability and financial strategy initiatives. This role will involve developing and implementing strategies to drive long-term growth, improve financial performance, and enhance our organization's environmental sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, sustainability, and strategic planning, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business transformation. They will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations to senior leadership on key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainability and financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Analyze financial data and make recommendations to senior leadership on key business decisions
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business transformation and improve financial performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sustainability and financial management

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Finance, Sustainability, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, sustainability, or strategic planning
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business transformation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
