Master Technician

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team as a Workshop Leader. As a key member of the workshop team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring your colleagues in solving technical problems and ensuring high standards of quality and customer service.

• Lead and mentor the workshop team to achieve exceptional results.
• Diagnose and repair complex equipment to meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with the service manager to optimize job costing, quotations, and retail repairs.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A recognized Heavy Diesel Motor mechanic trade certificate.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approach.
• Good computer skills with standard PC programs and equipment diagnostic tools.
• Experience in maintenance, servicing, repairs, and rebuilds of heavy vehicles.
• Desirable: experience with electrical diagnostics and repairs.
