We are seeking a highly skilled Technician-Leading Hand to join our workshop team in Launceston. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for mentoring and directing a team of technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and lead the workshop team
  • Diagnose, service, and repair equipment to meet customer expectations
  • Assist the service manager with job costing, quotations, and retail repairs
Requirements:
  • Australian recognized Heavy Diesel Motor mechanic trade certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a solution-focused approach
  • Experience in maintenance, servicing, repairs, and rebuilds of heavy vehicles
