We operate 22 residential aged care villages, 20 retirement villages and home and community services across NSW and ACT.

Position Information:

We seek an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our Day and Night Duty care team at RFBI Basin View Masonic Village aged care residence.

This is a leadership position where you will advise and assist the care staff to provide tailored care to our residents throughout the night. The role reports to the Care Manager.

Your responsibilities include ensuring high-quality care delivery, evaluating and maintaining care plans, undertaking routine rounds and liaising with care staff, completing initial assessments and interim care plans for new admissions, supervising and assisting other care employees, providing complex clinical care, entering reports and observations on iCare, and building partnerships with residents.

What we look for:

  • Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered.
  • 2+ years previous experience in Aged Care.
  • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of iCare (desirable).
  • Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles.
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation and ACFI will be highly regarded.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Valid police check clearance.
  • Current flu vaccination.
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia.

Estimated Salary: $80-$120 per hour
