This is an incredible leadership position where you will advise and assist care staff to provide tailored care for residents throughout the night. The role reports directly to the Care Manager.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Aged Care and be responsible for ensuring high-quality care delivery. Key responsibilities include evaluating and maintaining care plans, undertaking routine rounds, supervising care staff, and providing complex clinical care.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of WHS responsibilities and Aged Care Legislation. You will also require proficiency in computer skills, specifically iCare, and current First Aid Certification.
